One more thing i wuld like to add is that, in case of forget password, one case retrieve it easily also by sending a mail at validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in. Interestingly it need not to be sent from registered email ID. Simply send a mail at this ID stating PAN, Name, Date of Birth/Incorporation, Fathers Name(if applicable) & Registered PAN Address.

now i want ot say that as far as your sugeestion is concerned, the problem is that each and every time CPC BANGALORE sends duplicate password to the registered mail ids only, so if a client try to move his IT FILE from one consultant to an another consultant , then in that case this kind of problem can arise , ok thanks a lot..
