Please anyone let me know that if we have forget to take DIN of 2Director out of 4 Director of Private limited Company then what are the consiquencies and tell me the way to save from it.

u cn apply for the DIN now, and in case date of appointment of the directors is before 2006 then go for filing eform DIN2 and DIN3.
but there won't be any fine...
You can get the application from Get DIN Application of MCA21 site. This works only if the DIN was sent to Noida Cell
Dear Kalpesh,
In case of filing DIN 3 and Form 32 from back dates, you just have to pay additional fees to ROC, no other penal provisions are there. It it all depends on the date of their apointment as director of the Company.
