Kindycheck your residential status in India in the year in which Income was earned. Once it is determined, then the next step is to determine the taxaility of income earned in Nepal in India. If taxable in India, then a computation of Income will have to be drafted, in which effect of double taxation relief as per Indian Law and the relief as per the agreement between India and Nepal is to be given.
