Hello Dear All,
myself is prem parkash doing job in spain based company in Nepal as project engineer for last one year and 3 months. Here i get salary in salary accounts after deduction of income tax as per Nepal's IT Rules. I have PAN card issued by Nepal Department too.
Everymonth i remmitted my salary from my Nepal's salary account to Indian saving account.
Plz guide me wether now i have to file IT return in India or not.
If yes then how my income wil be treated as i already pays IT in Nepal.
