i have passed my cpt exams in nov.2007 and some how i have not received a result copy of the result so how can i get a copy of it by email or else?

Nov. 2007!!! Its a long period...should've taken some action earlier..anyway check this link, may help although i am not sure whether its applicable for CPT marksheet or not...
