FOR PE2 May08
Dear Friends,
I have appeared 1st group of PE2 in NOV07. And I have also completed my
coaching for both groups. Now I m doing self preparation for 2nd group.
I have refer BHARAT 's Reference book i.e. of Girish Ahuja for A.Y-07-08.
Now for May-08 I have to prepare for A.Y-08-09 so please friends tell me the
major changes or ammendment for May-08. Right now i m not in a such a centre
that i can take any advice from expert.
Or give me a site on which major ammendement are provided for May-08.
And Is it ok that I will refer the book for A.Y07-08 and refer all the ammendments?
Please friends help me for this.

u can get the supplementary study material for income tax, which can be downloaded from icai.org

pls may i know what if only 1 group of pe2 is cleared

after may,2008 which is the last exam. of PE-II you have to conver in to PCC Course. if you have cleared only one group of PE-II , Then you get exemption of that group and you have to give only that group Which is not cleared in PCC. For the transition rule and regulation see www.icai.org.in.

sir,
i already enjoy exemption in 2 subjects of 2nd group of PE-II and appear in other exams in May 2008 .but this is my 6th attrmpt in PE-II ,please tell me what happen if i am passing in this attempt and also in case i am failed
