I am in PE II. I am not passing in any group in PE II in 5 attempt. Can I eligible in extention of 2 more attempt? Shall I appear in nov 2009 exam in PE II. plez reply me & Tell me re-registration is necessary ?

yes , of course you can appear in nov'09 exam
Re-registration is necessary for apperar in 2 more attempts for PE II & b'coz I completed my 5 attempts but not passed in any group
There is no need to re-register to appear in the two attempts in PE-II (Nov & May 10 ),simply You have to fill the Exam Form with your Eligibility Certificate earlier issued & and with the registeration no.which you have.So No Need for re-register..
