For obtaining a house loan.

Is it possible that on the behalf of son's salary a mother can obtain a house loan while mother is the owner of the land and son is a assistant engineer in government department? If any solutions is available then please provide.

no.... it can be done the otherway. the son can take housing loan on his name for development of house on land registered on his mother's name.

yes.. it is possible. even though the land is not registered in son's name, he can take housing loan.

contact your bank for full procedure. i can only tell you that mother's name will also be included in the housing loan as co-borrower because she is the actual owner.
