I am changing the name of a private company. In the EGM, I have passed separate Resolutions for alteration of MOA and AOA. But when I am trying to file MGT-14 for the same, it is saying you cannot file a second resolution in the same form if you have selected the first resolution as "alteration of MOA for change of name".
How do I file the resolutions in the same form?
Did you think about the possibility of combining the MOA and AOA alterations into a single instrument. This might be feasible if the AOA changes are directly related to the name change. However, consult a legal professional to ensure this approach complies with company law requirements.
