For Excise Duty Rate

Dear Friends ,

 As per budget announcement, Now basic excise duty rate is 10%. (Tariff amend as per schedule Ninth Schedule) Now if Polyster is fall in Chapter 5503 but as per Schedule 9 Chapter 5508 & onward is amended for rate 10%.

 Kindly suggest me, whether rate for polyster will remain 8% or it will be 10% (Schedule 9 is attached)
