I am a small hiring provider, I provide Crane on hiring & rental basis my turnover is less than 20 Lakhs do i need to get GST registration done? If No
How do i make my invoices and how do i convience someone looking for my GST registration to get work?

1. No need if your T/O less than 20Lakhs...
2. You can't make Tax Invoice. Also you can give Bill of Supply....
In current scenario URD supplies not atract RCM so your customer can't ask GST Tax Invoice and You can feel free now...
