Quick Summary
If you have income from Futures and Options (FNO) trading alongside your primary salary income, it's generally treated as business income. You'll likely need to file ITR-3 to declare both your salary and your FNO profits under the 'Income from Business and Profession' head. For single trades without capital gains, ITR-4 might be applicable, but ITR-3 is often the safest bet for multiple trades.

If it is single trade or so, yes...

But advisable to file ITR 4 in such case... (provided no capital gains declaration)

Multiple Trade

File ITR 4 or 3 as per applicability...

Futures and options are treated as business income. Hence you are required to show it under Income from business and Profession. In this case you have to file your ITR-3 as you have salary income as well as Business income.

Hope this clarifies your doubt.
