i've a query in how to draw (start) flow chart & understand it quickely.
i've query in SM about how to start case study questions.......
I mean how to desribe questions(means in own language,own words or as per book language)

See all the case study Q's are related to chapters of SM and what u have to do is the application of that knowledge in the answers to those q's.
For e.g. In 90% of Case Studies you can include SWOT and Porter's model in your answer. One more thing is read the para atleast 2 times before answering to q's.
