if in a school they have made the payment for fixing the aluminium type of window...
can it be a fixed asset ...
or it can be the maintetenece or repairing work....
pls suggest...

Windows are accessories which do not bring in economic benefits. So this will be shown under maintenance.

You can account it under the head - Repairs & Maintenance building
