Hi,
I own a flat in Navi Mumbai, which is my first home and is rented out. As per sale agreement the flat is jointly owned with my wife, but the agreement doesn't explicitly mention the % of ownership between me and my wife. The home loan taken for the property is solely being paid by me only.
I want to know whether the rental income can be divided between me and my wife?
