First directors
Are the first directors being subscribers to the memorandum or individual member in case of company ,required to apply for DIN?Does each subscriber to Moa needs DIN if AOA does not specify?

Yes. for every director there should be din , without din we can not file to roc saying he is the director to the company
Before becoming a director that person has to Cross check with section 164 read with section 152(3) of the Companies Act, 2013
