Till first AGM. In AGM it is decided whether they will continue as director or will retire as rotation.
then if iin agm it is decided they will continue they Wil be treated as rotational director or non rotational for purpose of retirement
Rotational - since in case had been a non- rotational director, his term of appointment would be fixed , which is not the case with FIRST DIRECTOR.
