what is exact tenure of first director ?

There is no specific provisions regarding tenure of first director, but such directors are also liable for retirement by rotation, disqualification,removal
As per the provisions of Section 152(1) of the Companies Act 2013, if article does not prescribe the duration of the First Director, subscribers of the Company shall deemed to be the First Director of the Company. But as per provision of section 152(2) every Director shall be appointed in general meeting.
As per the interpretation of law every First Directors shall be regularized in the First AGM pursuant to incorporation because as Section 152(2) use the language save as expressely provided. means the provisions of section 152(2) shall prevail over all other sections.
