Co incorporated on 24/08/2012. Due date Of AGM is 23/02/2014 (18 months) as per co act 1956. co act 1956 says"company may hold its first annual general meeting within a period of not more than eighteen months from the date of its incorporation; and if such general meeting is held within that period, it shall not be necessary for the company to hold any annual general meeting in the year of its incorporation or in the following year".
I want to ask- this year of incorporation is FY 2012-13 or Calender Year 2012 ?
if it is FY 2012-13, then Next AGM is required to be held by 30/09/2014?
