Kindly refer to Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956. It contains provision to convert an Unregistered Company (in this case - Firm) in to a Company (Pvt/ Public).
ROC Form involved in conversion process are 1, 18, 32, 37 and 39. Kindly go through attachements required to these forms to know documentation required.
