Yes all firms have to be registered. Else ur articleship will not be valid
for proprietory concerns ur members /principles reg. no. will do i think

I agree with Annie, every firm needs to be registered.
But then, once you've got your Article reg. letter from the Institute, it means your firm/ proprietorship is deemed registered.
