In fire insurance claims , if goods sold is included by not despatched goods.. What will be the effect in memorandum trading account

it woulds not still remain as stock at the date fire we have to reduce from it!!.
the goods are sold but not yet despatched in the sense that the customer has not received his good we need to return his money!!!
