Hello

I have finished my one year of srticleship today

Congrats to me :) :) :)

But now i have decided this :::::

I am going to convert my self from PCC to IPCC and my attempt will be delayed from MAY 2010 to Nov2010.

I know there is a lots of risk in this

But now risk is part and parcel of life

Is'nt it?

But what type of risk is there that i cant guess right now?

What should i do i am not understanding ?

I have taken this decision dur to following reasons:::::::

1. My principle is the worst person in te world.

2. He will not give leave for ITT training at any cost. He does not knows how to read training guide. he does not obeys his work i.e does not listen and follow rules by ICAI.

3. He is having affair with employee since last three years who is always against of articles in office so he is a LAPDOG OF THAT BLOODY SHIT GIRL and wont give us leave for exams too and other ICAI activities.

After reading above matter i want your just this help:::::

1. What is risk in transfering of articleship or converting PCC into IPCC

2. I want president's contact information.

3.I want Jaydeep shah's contact information.

As per new scheme, 1 transfer is allowed so you can take it but make sure this time you get good firm where you can enhance your learning. Before joining any firm take the info of firm from your other friends who works there or who knows the firm well.

Contact info of president, you can get it from institue web site.

sorry, u cann't take transfer i.e. one time amnesty has been granted to the students who have applied till 11 july 2009. after this we cann't take transfer coz i am also bearing this rule yaar...

ur story is interested........yes u can transfer but ur next firm must not reside within 50 km area of ur existing firm.........that all i know

it is better 2 convert ipcc

bcoz any way ur saying na ur principal will not give leave

so my advise is 2 go 4 conversion

preparation is very imp 4 every exam......

riisk means ur time will go waste dats ittttttttt

again after ipcc join d same firm

bcz transfering 2 another firms r not alloweed as per d recent rules.........

articleship period till u did is carried forward......i tnk sooooo

Conversion from pcc to ipcc will delay ur final attempt as well. Try to take transfer on grounds specified by the ICAI in its notification. All CA's are like that only. Nobody follows ICAI's rules strictly. ICAI's rules are for student's only !!!!!!!
