Fine if there's 5-10 days delay in opening bank ac(company)?

I have incorporated a pvt ltd company. The date of incorporation is 4/11/2016. Now, I have to open the bank account to issue share certificates within 60 days of incorporation (i.e. 4th January 2017). The other director and I don't have chequebooks (we will receive them in one week hopefully). Is there any fine/penalty if we open the bank account and issue share certificates in 5-10 days delay after 4/11/2017 ? The authorized and paid-up capital are only 10 Thousand rupees.

For Bank account Opening you need to have a Pan Card first. Apply that First & then Process for Bank Account
