How to find out if the partnership deed has been registered on the site? The document was filed by official who has left the company and there is no communication with the person due to some issues. Kindly let me know the procedure how to find out if the partnership deed has been registered.

Most of the times partnership deed is drafted for GST registration , PT , PF , IEC etc .
So it might be unregistered Partnership firm.
Check with registrar of firms to get a duplicate copy if it is registered
