BS submitted by a proprietorship firm for availing a Working Capital loan from a bank contains proprietor's personal assets like gold jewellery. I want to know should we ask for BS pertaining to the firm separately for assessment of credit proposal?

Yes, that gives more clear picture of the business. Or ask to segregate into capital account of proprietor and P&L with BS of the business.
