I have an investment portfolio with a mix of securities like shares and bonds. Currently, I am going through a financial crunch and am planning to sell some of my investments. Which one would be the most appropriate to sell right now.

mixed sale of both.. so as to keep the balance portfolio in a perfect way...
I would suggest a loan against securities if you are looking at stocks which are on the upward trend and have good long term value.
Short term cash crunch can be thwarted with the loan and your long term financial standing will not be affected.
