Well...i have my pcc attempt in may 2010..and i m in a dilemma whether to join any INCOME TAX coachings in the may 2009 batch itself or only in september...actually, this year, due to elections,people are of the view that the finance act would be incorporated only after june or so...so should i then join tax classes in may itself or wait till september...cos obviously, there will be a lot of amendments in this act...pleazse suggest!thanks.

its correct after june only it will get incorporate, its better to join sep only..... if you join now and again you have to read latest amendments so its better to wait still sept, in my view.......all the best

to my view, u shud join the coaching in May09.... bcoz in tax u r not going to read the amendments only.........you hve to cover the whole subject......amendments r brought abt at only some places in the act......and that only some of them would be relavant for u as u r in PCC not many amendments woud be affecting you...........moreover u hve the concentrate more on the earlier chapters like salary, PGBP, cap gains........adn these contain basic provisions that donot change often.....also joing in sept. means ur class would be ending at around january.....join it in may09......this way u can understand the amendments properly and kud get into the subject at a good time difference from exams..........
