i don't think so
The track record of ICAI in announcing results as intimated is not pretty good.
Maybe they want the students to get trained in the art of waiting/manage stress etc.
In later years it can become handy while you need to wait at the IT department or ROC etc
Anyway let's not be pessimistic.Hope for the announcement of results at 6PM.
