Final settlement of PF
For EPF and EPS final settlement, the employer is registered in Chennai whereas the emplooyee was working at Bangalore (Now retired).. The employer is delaying in signing of the claim form. Now the employee has filled the claim forms along with forms 15G and has got it attested from Deputy Labour Commissioner (gezetted officer). Is this fine for the employee to get is claim of PF and Pension??

IF the employee linked his UAN with his Aadhar he need not have to approch to employer for refund. He need to file Composite Claim Form( Aadhar) available in PF site along with self attested PAN, Aadhar and cancelled cheque and Form 15G.
If his UAN is not linked with Aadhar he need to file Composite Claim Form ( non Aadhar) along with PAN ,cancelled cheque and Form 15 G dully attested by Employer.
