Final settlement of PF

For EPF and EPS final settlement, the employer is registered in Chennai whereas the emplooyee was working at Bangalore (Now retired).. The employer is delaying in signing of the claim form. Now the employee has filled the claim forms along with forms 15G and has got it attested from Deputy Labour Commissioner (gezetted officer). Is this fine for the employee to get is claim of PF and Pension??
