plz help me in filling the CA final registration form, i m having problem in where to find state code , bcoz there are no codes in the form , and demand draft should b made in favour of what ?, i think it might me The secretary, ICAI, new delhi, bt not confirmed, plz help me in both prblms ?

The Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of The Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and should be payable at New Delhi.
