Final registration

I had sent my articleship registration form . few days back I got a revert from the Institute stating that my articleship registration is not possible because I have cleared both groups of IPCC ,so I need to register for CA-Finals also. Now I am confused that what should I fill in the final registration form where it asks about articleship details . Please respond.
