Final registration

No; you are not required to get registered 9 months before examination. You just need to ensure that you have a valid Student's Registration Number before appearing in the final examination.
Please take note that in case a student has passed both groups of IPC, then he is required to get registered in CA Final before the cut off dates. Kindly refer institute's website for more details.
