i am a student of CA final new course. i would like to know if i am supposed to send any papers to the institute for getting the Eligibility Certificate, as after registration , i did not get any Question Papers with my modules???

Ya. You send the papers to ICAI. Just contact the institute regarding the postal test papers.
No there is no provision for test papers for eligibility
dear friends i have also take admission under ca final new course in which i also not received any test paper from our ca institute
because now their are not having any such kind of schemes
so don't worried about it
