Final New Course Registration letter ???????

Hi I cleared PCC NOV 2009 and got registered for CA Final New Course immediately after the results were declared on 01/02/2010 but till today I haven't got registration letter from the institute. What to do now? Please help? Please reply if anybody of u has got the letter from the institute after registration
