final in crisis.help needed!!!!!!

friends i'm stating the situation of one of my friends whose final enrolment is in a state of uncertainity.she was a PCC student and has now qualified PCC Nov 2009 both groups.she seriously has some health problems which was also known to her principal.she decided to take termination on medial grounds since she was terribly ill and has been hospitalised because of chronic asthma.the necessary forms were sent to the institute alongwith doctor's certificate.but that president UTTAM has rejected her application  mercilessly.now she is neither in  a position to go back to the previous employer nor can take termination.the enrolment for final course requires attestation by the employer but she is presently not having an employer.she is in a state of crisis.a mail has been sent to CA.Amarjith Chopra.please suggest any solutions.this is really urgent
