isca: try to make your self notes by pm and for rest of the question which is not covered in pm do from any book. practice daily to remember key points.
dt: do full set of bhanwar borana sir. and institute case laws.
idt: do bangur sir compiler book. its more than enough.

its the best source what I mentioned. I followed it and very confident to clear my group in June 19
