yah ...its true.... if u have complted 3 yrs articleship u r eligible to appear.... say for ex.. ur attempt is at May 2011.... if u r completing ur articleship tenure of 3 years out of 3.5 yrs before november 2010.... u r eligible to appear in nov 2010.......
