Is there any rule that students who joined in articleship after April 30 are eligible to final attempt after completion of 3years of articleship?

Every students who register for article ship give its attempt after 3 yrs...

generally tenure of articles 3 years, student is eligible to give final attempt after 2.5 years?

Yes, any student in his last 6 months of article ship appear in final exams...
