hi all!!

I am a CA final student. I passed my PE2 exams in May 2007 and started my articleship on 30th oct.08. As per past conditions(i.e prior to the announcement on 30th may 2008 , i was supposed to appear in Nov 09 of final old corse exam. But i think there will be some changes to my exam date and corse ( old, new). I am extremely confused!!. Can you please help me. Please let me know my exam date.

You will be eligible to write your final exam in Nov 2009 only. Now you can also shift to the new scheme from the old scheme and still give your exam in November 2009

Hey i am also having exactly the case as of you ashish my attempt is also due in nov09 but want to know that is there possibility that it may become due in may09 instead of nov09, or the nos. of attempt will increase for final (old), as nov.09 is first and last attempt for us.

Hey Vikram... sorry bro but u cann't appear for ur final xam in may 09... coz the notification says that u can appear for the final xam in the last 12 months of ur training....

hi smita,

As you have started your training in oct 2007, you are eligible to be appeared in nov 2009 final exam with old course. however this is the last attempt of final exam by old course. if your wish to shift in new course then by paying required fees to ICAI you can do so.
