No, fees is not required in case of re-submission.
if u resubmit within due date.... then only no fee is applicable...
While resubmitting the FILLIP, it is redirecting to Payment, please help me resubmitting the FILLIP form without payment
I am also facing the same issue. I have raised ticket for the same but no resolution yet. Have you got resolution if yes please help me out.
