Filling of STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTION (SFT)

Dear All,
One of a company had sold a used car to Authorized car Dealer at the time of purchasing new car. In that car dealer paid a sum of Rs 3,90,000/- and same amount has deposited in bank on same day.

My quires is in this case company need to report this on SFT form 61A. Company is falling to audit books of account u/s44AB.
