Can I file Income Tax Return of AY 2012-2013, AY 2013-2014, AY 2014-2015?

only for a.y.2014-15
Online filling had been disabled, but try the paper return and manual submission with the department. If there is any refund take benefit of circular 9/2015
Now you can not file for any of above asked years.
Note: this applies in general case only.
Exceptionally there is a very tedious procedure in which you can file after due approval from CIT.
