When Entering mobile no in Itr3 it is asking to mention country with 5 digits country code. what is this

this option is not opening. it show the column protected.Because of this we cannot file ITR3.
Please help rectify the above two errors
Are you filling ITR for NRI assessee?
If no. Update your java version on the computer system.....
Download again the ITR utility, re-extract, and open the saved draft file....

You reply worked out can you please give me solution for Mobilno also. There are two columns for mobile no1 and 2 which column we have fill in first column it is asking us to fill country code with 5 digit. But country code for mobile is 2 only,
How to fill sir.
And also please suggest me a best software to filing itr returns and GSTR returns. I am just started my practice.
