I am salaried person and want to file the returns , but at the same time i have recived the commssion from the sister concern company of the frim where i work and the TDS has been deducted now ilike to know which ITR form has to be filled up at the time of filling the returns

i think ITR 1 will do as it also takes into account income by way of commission etc along with salary income

ITR 4 will be appropriate...because this income will come from Income from Other sources..
