Fill ITR if Father Name in Aadhaar and PAN is mismatched

Hi,

My Name is Ravi Kumar. In my all doucments educational+ID proofs (10th, 12th, graduation + aadhaar, voter id, dl) my father name is J P Gupta (initials in my father's name). My father's full name is 'Jay Prakash Gupta'.

Now i want to apply for a PAN card but PAN card not accept father name with initials. So if i apply PAN card with my father's full name (Jay Prakash Gupta), can it will be create problems for me as in my aadhar my father name is J.P. Gupta.

Please guide me if i apply PAN card with my father's full name

1. Can i link my PAN and aadhaar with income tax website?

2. Can i fill ITR without any problems?

3. Can i link my PAN and aadhaar in my bank account and make my banking trasctions without any problems?
