I want to directly upload .fvu file on TIN website so for that i have to get a DSC (digital signature certificate) and for that i want to clarify that a company can authorized his employee to file this or the director himself should file it with his signature.

You have to be an e-return intermediary to upload the file directely.. For that you must register with NSDL. Have you done that ??
