Under New Vat Rule even if we have multiple location in a single state we are issued a single VAT Tin No. My ? is
1. Can i file different returns for different locations even thought we have same Vat Tin No.
2. If yes will i have to file seperate Vat Audit report.
3. Will i be assessed differently for both the locations.
4. What is the procedure & documents required to file with the department.

I works in a Contruction company and have 5 sites in Bihar. we do Amalgamte all site at the time of return filing under one VAT TIN number. and in returns there is a option that to whom you have sold your good we sepratly Put all Sites. with the returns we Submit working sheet to the sales tax department
