I might be revising my tax return for the 2nd time. So, while doing so, which acknowledge number and date should we enter? Would those be the ones of the original tax return or those of the revised tax return (1st time revised)? I am confused. Thanks!!

after first revision original gets nullified, after second revision first gets nullified so in next revisions ou have to give the current valid ones. This is a chain
