Filing revised retrun after 143(1)

If a person submits the retur under section 139(4) i.e. after due date and gets a  refund plus an initimation of assessment under 143(1) but later on realises that some of the Income details and TDS was not mentioned in the originl return then is there a way to submit a revised return along with the applicable tax.

If one cannot submit a revised return then what are the options left.
