Hello Friends! Please Clarify my Doubt? One person Prepared his ITR-2 (Returns), Computation and mentioned the Address on it, His native place Nashik, Maharashtra. Can We file this Returns in Hyderabad or not? If yes, please mention the Hyderabad Address to File his Returns. Is there any problem in future, If we file returns in Hyd, why because he mentioned nashik Address on ITR-2.
my dear friend Nagesh, u can file the return only to that place which address was given during ur PANo application.. If the address u've given in PANo is Nashik's then u need to file ur IT Return there only.. if u want to file d return in hyderabad then pls give the "change of adddress form " n apply for fresh PAN card. so u can file in hyderabad too..
